·         Worked collaboratively with his colleagues and City Staff to make public safety in Bowie a top priority, and continues to do so.

·         Listened to and worked with Bowie residents to maintain and improve core city services including trash, snow, and recycling removal.

·         Advocated for “responsible growth” that benefits the residents of Bowie.

·         Used his engineering expertise to help the city evaluate development proposals and detailed site plans thus protecting the city, adding value and saving money.

·         Voted for balanced city budgets and responsible spending that have helped Bowie maintain the coveted Triple AAA bond rating and flat city taxes.

·         Participated in the planning and approval process for many wonderful Bowie amenities including the Senior Center, Gymnasium, Dog Park, Ice Arena, City Hall, Bowie Center for the Performing Arts, South Bowie Library, Church Road Park, and yes, even the Bowie Town Center.
